When planning a retreat or group meeting, it's always important to keep in mind that different people process
information in different ways. Amongst your chapter, you probably have some brothers who prefer to discuss topics, some who need to try/test different theories. These
differences amongst your organization don't make some guys smarter or more capable than others...they just make everybody unique in their preferred style of learning.
For this reason, you must plan a meeting that alternates between styles in order to elicit the best participation from each member of your chapter. One way to cater to the style of many of your brothers is to incorporate the use of experiential learning exercises. There are countless examples to which you may have been exposed.
