There are a lot of tools which you can use to properly track the transactions of the chapter. It's not our job to tell you which one(s) to use, but rather to help you with best practices for using whichever solution(s) you prefer. Here are some examples of solutions that we have had experience with over the years:
Regardless of which bookkeeping, reporting or collections solution you decide upon, you will concurrently need to use the Sigma Chi online system for member management, semi-annuals, membership dues, etc.
