Welcome to the BLTW Sigma Chi Magister’s resource. This section has information contributed by your BLTW Faculty, prior undergraduate Magisters and your Team Balfour representative. Although we have tried our best to give you as much of the information that we could think of, inevitably, there will be things that you would like to see. If you would like us to add something, please post a comment to the BLTW Leadership Blog or simply add the resource yourself by using the Magister wiki! |

Using the navigation tabs to the left, you will find links to The Ideal Brother-to-Be Program, The Model I-Week, and The Magister Guide. You will also find a tab containing values-based exercises that can be used in different portions of your Brother-To-Be Program to replace those that me be less than worthy. All of these exercises will be complete with tools needed, purpose, and debriefing. Remember, debriefing is the single most important piece of any exercise to ensure that all participants understand the goal and design of the exercise. |

Finally, you will find an area to seek out assistance from trained alumni facilitators who you met at BLTW or who live in your area. You may also wish to use the wiki to share ideas with other Magisters and alumni across North America. As you probably realized after BLTW, there are a lot of chapters out there experiencing the same or similar issues as your chapter. |
