Thank you for making Balfour LTW 2008 a huge success!
Brothers, thank you for your participation and enthusiasm during Balfour LTW 2008. It was the most successful Workshop in the 61-year history of this program, and we attribute that success to each of you.
In the coming days, we will be posting the officer-specific resources to the officer sections of this website. We will also adding resources to the strategic planning retreat section. Until then, thanks to the chapters who have already posted strategic planning notes on their chapter wikis...please follow in their footsteps!

Under his leadership, the company's market capitalization grew from $1.1 billion to $60 billion, averaging 35% year-over-year growth.
Bill now serves on the Board of Directors of ExxonMobil, Goldman Sachs and Novartis, and he is the author of two extremely popular books on leadership: Authentic Leadership (2004) and True North (2007).
Our 2008 Theme - Living Our Legacy
This summer, we talked about the 153 year old legacy of Sigma Chi and how our collective leadership contributes to it. Of course, a legacy is not just a thing of the past. Your ability to "earn your badge every day" establishes your personal reputation, and the impact that each brother has upon one another creates our collective Sigma Chi legacy.
What will your legacy be for the future of your officer role? Within your chapter? In your career? For your family? Throughout life?
